About the Item

Unusual Chrome Yellow Wool Boucle Bolero Jacket from the 1950's by Ranleigh retailed at I. Magnin, very Alaia in shape. Boucle looped wool in a vibrant punch of color. Full cut through shoulders and bust with tight waist. Faux cape line cut extends fullness across the top with deep dolman pegged sleeves. Designed to nip the waist for the full skirt worn below. Gilt filigree button. 1950's USA.
