About the Item
This very rare Jean Patou Neon-Orange and beige plaid wool coat has Mother-of-Pearls buttons detail. The lining is all hand-stitched with red silk and not machine stitch. There are two patch pocket flaps for decoration only with a rounded-edge collar. There are four buttons on front and the fitted sleeves are lined also in red silk throughout. There are two off-center front panels and also on the backside of the coat. The lengths of the pleats measures 12". The top of the coat has a hidden snap to secure. The collar stands up 4". In front, from underarm-to-underarm measures 20"across, and on the back from underarm-to-underarm measures 19"across.
