About the Item
A very rare coat from Céline’s Fall 2013 collection designed by Phoebe Philo, made in luxurious double-faced cashmere in a pale yellow tone. The design exemplifies Philo’s minimalist yet architectural approach, with a cocoon-like silhouette, exaggerated notched lapels, and a relaxed, oversized cut. The back features a distinctive long half-belt detail, secured with decorative oxidized metal buttons, creating both structure and movement. Another oxidized metal button fastens the front, while angled flap pockets complete the streamlined finish. Seen on the runway, this piece is an exceptional example of Philo’s highly sought-after Céline era and remains one of the most collectible outerwear designs from her time at Celine.
French size 36 however this is oversized cut so it easily fits a French 38-40.
Single button closure.

Partially lined in mulberry silk.
