This desirable original unlabelled 1940’s day dress in black rayon with a pretty pink and yellow rose print it is an incredibly versatile piece and can be dressed up or down. A shirtwaister style, it features long sleeves, a shirt collar, peplum detail at the waist and button up front with 8 exquisite large black cut glass beads. We recommend UK size 10 or US 6. In very good vintage condition, we noted a tiny darned repair on the front near the waistline which is almost impossible to spot.
