Great example of a full length late 1950s to early 1960s day dress, this pretty piece is in pristine vintage condition. Tailored from breezy cotton patterned with a vibrant aqua floral rose print and green foliage, it has a classic sweetheart neckline, thick straps and a pleated full skirt that falls to the ankle. The nipped-in waist and swirling skirt form a playful silhouette that flatters a feminine figure and is perfect for a warm weather party. A long, concealed zip fastens along the side of the dress and it is fully lined above the waistband. A very well made dressmaker piece and a best fit for up to sizes UK 12-14 or US 8-10. MEASUREMENTS : Bust - 40 in. (102 cm) Waist - 31 in. (79 cm) Hip - 50 in. (127 cm) Length- 54 in. (137 cm)
