Very rare, art deco printed jacquard mini dress with flounced collar, padded shoulders and heart buttons designed by Barbara Hulanicki for Biba dating to the 1960's. The size label is no longer present although this best fits a US 2 or 4. Approximate measurements: bust fully extended 33" and length, empire waist 28" and overall length 34". Zip closure at center back. Very good condition.
