About the Item

This 1960s shift dress is made from a silky satin feel fabric and is very tactile. It has a high, rounded neckline and loose, flowing shape from bust to hem. The print is reminiscent of the mod trends for bright, bold colours and patterns which dominated mid 1960s fashions. Though it is unlined, the dress is lovey and opaque, with its bright colour scheme of lime green, teal, purple, ochre and brown diamond shapes which remind of of stained glass windows. It would look great with funky coloured tights, or with go-go boots for that authentic 1960s mod look! The dress is in great condition, with no visible marks or flaws. Although labelled a 14, this is a vintage size, so please refer to our measurements for the best fit. We feel it would suit up to a UK 10 or US 6. MEASUREMENTS: BUST: 36 in.
