Diane Freis cotton dress in a tropical floral print featuring a shirt collar and double tier full skirt, both banded in black cotton. An elasticized waist makes it easy to pull the dress over the head, an easy-to-wear feature that is typical of the designer's iconic looks from the 1980s. This example has shoulder pads and elasticized three-quarter sleeves. It is lightweight and 100% cotton. Made in Hong Kong, where Freis lived and operated her business.
