Fantastic 1970s JAY MORLEY for FERN VIOLETTE boho peasant maxi dress! Jay Morley pieces are rare to come by, and very sought after! Morley was a renowned Hollywood costume designer in the 1950s and 1960s. He had his own line under Fern Violette in the 70s.
This soft cotton beauty features warm tones of blue, brown, orange and yellow. Chic allover paisley print bodice and sleeves. Sleeves can be worn down, or pushed up. Constrasting batik prints on side and back bodice, and on skirt. Hidden zipper up the front skirt, with golden embossed buttons up the bodice. Great with wedges or sandals for day, and heels for evening. In great condition. Made in USA.
