Gorgeous sheer washy Atlantic blue silk midi dress by Richilene for Elizabeth Arden. This dress features long sheer balloon sleeves, a ruffled collar and full sweep triple layered skirt. It is fully lined in silk with rear zip, hook and snap closure. Gorgeous quality with couture hand stitching on the inside of the dress. The shoulders measure 15.5" from seam to seam.
