From the Spring/Summer 1998 collection, several versions of this Helmut Lang silk satin dress debuted on the season's menswear runway. This unique slip-style dress features two thin shoulder straps and a square neckline. It is completely crafted of black silk satin ribbons that are stitched in a running pattern, creating diamond-shaped cut-outs. The dress falls on the curves of the wearer, tightening and allowing for a less revealing fit around the bust and hips.
