Victor Costa strapless black and white stripe floral fit and flare dress from the 1990s. This beautiufl dress is so bright and cheerful, the combination of the bold black and white stripes of the bodice and the blazing flowers on the skirt is genius. The dress has a fitted boned corset bust and a seamed waist full open pleated skirt. The fabric is a 100%cotton. Fully lined in taffeta, it closes at the back with a zipper, hook and eye at the top, the outer skirt has hidden snaps. Marked size 6. In excellent wearable condition. All our clothing is dry cleaned and inspected for condition and is ready to wear. Any condition issues will be noted. For visual comparison our mannequin is a size 4.
