About the Item
Made in the softest shade of buttercream yellow, this original 1950's ribbon work dress is the perfect piece to welcome the warmer seasons in.
Her rounded neckline is framed by scalloped details in crochet stitching and a simple shoulder line. Her short capped sleeves are edged with scalloped crochet stitches that match those along the neckline. Her simple bodice is accented by a nipped in waistline. Completed with an A line cut skirt, this truly spectacular piece showcases the craftsmanship and design of the era.
This dress has a certain sheerness to it and may need to be worn with a dress slip to conceal ones modesty.
