Vintage Brown Bow Dress By Blumarine. This is an early 2000's Summer Dress. This dress features a gold chain straps. As well as a studded glitter bow tie element on the front of the bust, which can be tied or left untied. The fabric has a stretch which enables different curves to fit this piece. Panels are long the bottom of the dress to add a floaty figure. In Excellent Vintage Condition
