1920's Maria Gallenga couture velvet novelty gown printed with a stenciled silver and copper/gold repeating pattern depicting mythical creatures. The floor length gown features dramatic gold lame-lined trumpet sleeves and is lined in silk. The dress is in excellent condition. Though the signature is missing, the dress is most definitely Gallenga and it comes with a letter of attribution from its place of purchase from.
