1930s very Dark Rust Silk Velvet Ruched Evening Gown. Sleeves have been draped into folds that almost extend to the elbow. The bodice has a deep v-neckline and in addition the waist is emphasized by several inches of vertical ruching and attached belt back with covered buckle. This dress is for a very petit woman and is wearable but you wouldn't be dancing it up in it because it is fragile.
