About the Item
This sleek 1940's black crepe evening dress has a striking design worked in gold sequins from the right shoulder to the left hip. The diagonal lines terminate in a curve at the shoulder and hip transforming a basic dress into a very interesting dress. The dress has a round neckline, short, almost cap sleeves, a fitted waist, and a left side metal zipper. The long skirt has a center front opening. The back of the dress has a hook and eye closure above an open seam at the neckline for ease of entry. There are no manufacturer or size labels in the dress so please check the measurements. It is in excellent condition. Measurements; Bust 38" Waist 28" Hips 40" Length at center back 56"
