Very rare navy satin coat dress designed by Jacques Fath for Joseph Halpert dating to the 1940's. Best fits a size 4. Approximate measurements: shoulders 15", bust 34.5", waist 26", hips 37.5", arm length 23" and overall length 45". Zippers at wrist. Pockets at hips. Good condition.
