Early 1960's Pierre Balmain No. 158143 haute couture silk organza floral print gown with multi-layered ruffle trim at the neckline and hem. There a double layer of silk lining at the interior and the ruffles are trimmed with contrasting silk. The gown is in good vintage condition with several issues that are not apparent when worn - appears that it was let out at the side bodice seam and the zipper was re-sewn, there are several small holes hidden in the ruffle trim at hem, a few hidden places where the fabric has separated and scattered small spots (esp. at the hem.) Sold as is. Please consult measurements.
