Amazing 190s RARE HEPBURN handkerchief hem cold shoulder Asian themed black, red and white dress! Features a flattering ruched bodice with a forgiving flattering skirt that looks great on the dance floor. Cold shoulders reveal just the right amount of skin. Soft stretchy mesh nylon fabric. Hidden metal zipper up the back with hook-and-eye closure. Great belted or alone, with wedges, sandals or flats for day, and heels or boots for evening. In great condition.
