1980s Arnold Scaasi Black Velvet Flocked Tulle Evening Gown Asymmetrical Hem: Faux wrap skirt design is pleated at front for a fan effect. Gown is lined is w a double-layered nude and black tulle underdress which is fully boned and structured. Intriguingly sheer but not scandelous.
Attractive off-shoulder neckline. Velvet floral motifs throughout w ruby rhinestone centers. Optional black velvet Ribbon sash included. zippered back, tapered sleeves. Hemline is edged in horsehair braid for structure and movement. US size 6.
