Avant Garde FRANK USHER black taffeta and velvet Size 14 cocktail dress! Features a criss-cross bodice with black taffeta on one side, and black velvet on the other side. Chic puff sleeves add just the right amount of drama. Crystal button at top back neck with a peek-a-boo diagonal opening. Sequins and beads at left waist appliqué. The perfect timeless little black dress. Great for day or evening. Perfect with flats, heels or boots.
