About the Item
By the French designer Isabelle Allard, this 80's evening dress is sure to get you in the mood to party !
Made from metallic silver lace that's ruched throughout to emphasise the close fit and provide texture, the piece is entirely underpinned with black silk and tulle netted base. The strapless neckline and the glamorous V-shaped open back are traced with a flouncy ruffle, while the back of the dress is adorned with a row of four pretty black bows. Internal boning through the bodice for gentle support. Scalloped hem. The dress fastens with a concealed zip, hook and eye at the middle back.
Whether you choose to put the sleeves on or not, they are constructed in the same way as the dress (high end couture feel). Fully lined with the same refined gun metal silk as the dress, the inside of each sleeve is elasticated, so it can hold in place at the top of the arm.
Wear this fantastic dress with statement heels and dangly earrings.
