Multi-tiered ruffled tape-bound bias-cut organza ruffles start at neckline and continue down the back of each shoulder, framing the back. Low-cut smocked back for a sleek fit. Skirt features a deep box pleat at back for ease of movement. Fully lined. Back zipper. US size 8.
