Beautiful vintage 80s VICTOR COSTA red, black and white rose and polka dot print off the shoulder fit n’ flare cotton dress ! Tailored boned bodice that sits off the shoulder with a sweetheart neckline. Roses and polka dots printed throughout. Full skirt looks amazing on, and there is plenty of room to add a crinoline under for extra fullness. POCKETS at each side of the hips. Hidden zipper up the back with hook-and-eye closure.
Very well made, with heavy attention to the details. Very flattering !
