RETURN POLICY Should you wish to return your purchase, House of Pre-Loved offers a full refund on items that have been returned within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. Returned goods must still have the security tags attached to them, and be in their original condition. Once the item has been received and inspected by House of Pre-Loved, a full refund will be issued using your original payment method, excluding the original cost of shipping. Returned Goods Must Comply With The Policy Below: The buyer must contact us via 1stDibs and ship the item within 14 days of receipt (stipulated by the courier’s delivery date). Confirmation of acceptance of return will be within 24 hours. All items still in the buyer’s possession after 14 days of delivery will not be entitled to return/refund. The item must be returned unworn and/or unused, in its original condition. The buyer will be responsible for sending the item by recorded, trackable delivery and, advisably, insured.
