A sunning gown from Arnold Scassi consisting of layers of sequin dotted black tulle. The bodice is boned, horizontally ruched and has a drop waist. The skirt is layered in three lengths creating a full skirt and has additional layers of tulle undeath for shape. The dress closes with a center back zipper, is lined in black silk and comes with a separate wrap.
