Unusual 1920s French Art Deco flapper evening dress of Couture Quality. Luminiscent black laquered silk organza-chiffon, hand applied with paillette embroidery of abstract poppy flower heads in black, pink, purples, accented with silver seafoam centers and edges. Uneven hemline which mimicks the growth of natural flower formations. Loose easy fit which flares out at hip. The skirt opens from hip with pleated panels of embroidered sequined flowers. France 1920's. Exquisite quality and VG Condition. Bust 38", Waist/Hip 40" each. V neck 9" drop. Shoulder 4", Armscye drop 7", Full Hem 110"
