Charming Mod Button Decorated Maxi from the 1960's of cotton quilted matelasse with applied plastic buttons throughout. Wide set straps with empire waist, and full gathered skirt to floor. Most of the faux mother of pearl decorative buttons are applied to the bodice and hips and degrade to the hem. 1960's USA. Small size.
