Elegant Art Deco Pleated Crepe Halter Dress and Cape from the 1930's in fluid patterned oyster rayon. Essentially a halter gown trimmed in knife pleated edging on all borders with braided detailing at waist. Pleated ruffles form a "collar" at neck. Dramatic drop back. Capelet ties over neckline. Incredibly modern design. 1930's France.
