Genny by Versace Draped Lurex Velvet Cocktail Dress from the 1980's. Oversized shoulders and deep plunge accented with a gold lame textile rose. Dress pegs toward the hem from the strong shoulders (to offset period big hair) and the antique gold lurex velvet is draped toward the central flower on bust.
Typical 1980's club extravagant dress with deep dolman sleeves, ready for its next incarnation. Genny was designed by Gianni Versace during this period.
