About the Item
New York Designer George Halley used a lovely cotton velvet with an ombré mocha colored background and a creamy beige feather print for this 1970's evening dress.
The dress has a high collar, a waistline which rises to a point at the center front above a long skirt with a slight train. The long sleeves have zippers at the wrist and the dress closes with a center back zipper. It is fully lined in chocolate brown silk and is in excellent condition. There is no size tag so please check the measurements.
