A beautiful late 1940s Fred A. Block Original black rayon crepe shirtwaist-style cocktail dress with fitted waist (belt missing) and covered buttons down front to hip. Skirt is pleated and flowing with mid-calf original hem. A beautiful collar is inset with a bead and faux -pearl trimmed pale blue faille accent piece. 3/4 sleeves.
