He had a short career under is own name but had a loyal following and was considered a "designer's designer".
This cocktail dress has geometric elements, as in the back, which is cut out with triangle shapes and is fastened with only one hook. There is a bias cut back panel which drapes beautifully and extends beyond the hem. All very well visually and physically balanced. The dress has a cowl neckline that drapes softly and is a shade of oyster gray.The bodice is black but has a matte and satin surface with triangle shapes echoing the back. The skirt is bias cut with a hidden panel of ivory which peeks out off center.
The dress is made of satin crepe.
