Spectacular unidentified Haute Couture ensemble, dedicated to a ceremony and composed of a long dress and coat in silk and feathers inspired by Impressionist painting. Sleeveless strapless dress with V-neckline and back zip. Chasuble-style coat, flared on the bias and sewn at the front. Wide pagoda sleeves finished with a spectacular bouilloné of multicoloured ostrich feathers. Printed on silk with a strong polychrome pointillist graphic, coordinating the silk douppion dress and silk organza coat. A matching twilly is attached. No lining and entirely hand-sewn. This ensemble is similar to Pierre Balmain's creations from the same period. Little or unworn, this set has the finish of new and has no defects apart from its age. Very good colour and condition.
Size: Equivalent to size 36/38 France. Dress: Shoulders 39 cm, chest 84 cm, waist 77 cm, hips 98 cm, height 145 cm. Coat: Height 151 cm, sleeves 56 cm, shoulders 40 cm, chest 88 cm, waist 87 cm, length of feathers 21 cm.
