About the Item

This dress is the most perfect vintage class ic and chic thing to wear for a holiday party. We are a big fan of Victor Costa designs and this beauty was purchased at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills by the original owner. The coat dress is done in the style of the 1960s Classics. Think of Babe Paley, or Jackie Onassis, looking very chic in this coat dress.. it was made in the USA in the Dallas show rooms of Victor Costa. please note: only a portion of the designer label remains. It clearly shows that the dress was designed by Victor Costa, but the label is not intact. The dress is so beautifully made. It looks like a dress that cost thousands of dollars with the French buttonholes and French rhinestone buttons down the asymmetrical front of the dress, the skirt, part of the dress has beautiful box pleats at the waist and is lined with a stiff tool for body and shape. It is just stunning! Marked size 8, it looks like it could be worn by size 6-8. The Duchess satin fabric in “Valentino” red color is a poly fabric that was also made in the USA. (Very high end fabric).
