A fabulous black silk ruffle dress by Arnold Scassi. It is made of black dot flocked silk tulle In ruffled layers around the shoulders and 3 tiered layers creating the skirt. There is stiffening at their edges giving a them a nice fullness. It is fitted at the waist which is highlighted with a matching belt. It is fully lined in black silk, has vertical boning in the bodice and a center back zipper.
