Another rare plus size beauty by New York designer Stephen Yearick. This gown is completely hand-beaded in black and white beagle beads black sequins and silver and crystal beads in Singapore. Custom ordered in rare size 18 at Saks Fifth Avenue New York City. This heavy gown is a work of art and so happy to see designers doing high end quality eveningwear in plus sizes. This gown was never worn. Completely lined and black silk. Retailed for $3900.

Stephen Yearick was a fashion designer known for his elegant evening gowns and bridal collections, who died in 2021. Born in 1942, he launched couture collections in New York City and designed for many celebrities and titleholders, with his creations appearing at major award shows like the Oscars and Grammys. Yearick also ran businesses like The Wig Boutique and Josef
Stephen and was a strong supporter of the pageant industry.

Died: December 22, 2021, in Easton, Pennsylvania
Education: Graduated from Greenville Senior High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Richmond Professional Institute
