Vicky Tiel Black Lace Beaded and Silk Off Shoulder Gown - 6 This beautiful Vicky Teal piece is in excellent condition. The top of the dress is a lace beaded corset that is lined in silk and goes all the way to the waist and has three quarter sleeves. The top lace has beading in the shapes of flowers and branches. It is an off the shoulder dress with a slight dip near the cleavage area. Around the bust area the fabric becomes sheer. The bottom of the dress is made of a jersey material. It is a tulip bottom style skirt with a slit on the left side. Measurements Shoulder to Shoulder: 21" Bust: 36" Waist: 32" Hips: 36" Sleeve Length: 14" Length from back zipper: 50.5"
