Incredible vintage 80s VICKY TIEL COUTURE black lace and rayon semi sheer blouse and asymmetrical maxi skirt evening gown. ensemble! Victorian inspired lace top features puff sleeves, with an elegant high neck. Full hidden zipper up the back with two hook-and-eye closures. Rayon maxi skirt features side hook-and-eye closure, with the remaining fabric draping loose. Both pieces great together, or as separates. The top would look so chic with jeans! Couture quality one would expect from Vicky Tiel. The majority of the sewing was completed by hand. All interior label have been removed. In great condition.
