Beautiful vintage late 80s VICKY TIEL COUTURE mesh sweetheart neckline flirty little black dress! Features the designer's signature flattering ruched bodice (features interior boning to keep everything in place). Semi sheer long mesh sleeves. Fitted bodice with a flirty skirt that has several layers of black mesh. Hidden zipper up the back with hook-and-eye closure.
Looks wonderful on the body! Couture quality one would expect from the "Pretty Woman" designer!
