About the Item

This Geoffrey Beene grey silk plaid jacket with horsehair trim is such an interesting design from Mr. Beene. The body of the oversized jacket is a crisp plaid silk in shades of grey. The addition of the horsehair around the neckline, down both sides of the center front and the hemline gives the jacket interest. The insertion of the wide band of horsehair on the sleeves and at the center back add lightness to the jacket. There are openings in both sides seams so that you can reach through to your pants or skirt pockets. There is a Geoffrey Beene label as well as a Saks Fifth Avenue label in the jacket. It is in excellent condition. There is no size tag in this oversized piece so please check the measurements. Shoulders 28", Bust 56", Waist 58", Hem 58" Sleeves 18", Length, Center Back to hem 28"
