Lovely Silk Taffeta Ruffled Velvet Jacket from the 1980's attributed to Oscar de la Renta. Pin tucked silk taffeta is used to form a large portrait collar. Double breasted silk/rayon velvet body with hidden snap closures. Straight cut with soutache trim along all the edges.
Designer quality construction. Completely lined. Great statement piece.
