About the Item
Jet-black, heavy-grained leather jacket by Junya Watanabe for Comme des Garçons, cut in a 1950s-inspired silhouette with slightly cropped sleeves and a wide portrait neckline. Made from exceptionally durable leather, it’s built to last and will develop a rich patina over time. Despite its structured look, it’s easy to wear and moves comfortably with the body. Silver-toned zipper details and adjustable cinched sides balance structure with a subtly feminine line. A great, versatile piece with a unique twist on the classic motorcycle jacket—made to be worn and treasured for a lifetime.
Labeled a Japanese size “L,” but fits more like a medium unless you are very petite; the intended look is slightly oversized. It should not fit tightly through the body. Shown on a size XS mannequin without clipping.
Approximate measurements: dropped shoulder 21", bust 42" (about 2" down from armpit), hem width/high hip 36"–38", arm length 19" from shoulder to cuff and 14.5" from underarm to cuff, overall length about 24.5".
Features a heavy two-way zipper, zipped pockets at chest and waist, adjustable cinch snap waist, and full lining.
Made in Japan.
