The skirt wraps and has an elasticized belt that wraps around the body with a matte silver metal large modern buckle/hook that fastens to a fabric loop. The skirt drapes beautifully in the front and has a single back slit pocket. Good vintage condition with one small sign of wear. Marked US size 6 - fits more like a 4.
