This skirt is chic!!! It was purchased in NYC. Made of taffeta and embellished with a black flocked velvet in an abstract pattern that looks like cracked glass pieces! Beautiful heavy black velvet waistband. Marked size M it could fit a 8-10. Please see measurements.
