Rifat Ozbek Liquid Lame Wrap Skirt from the 1980's designed with a finely pleated underlayer with a draped overlay similar to a sari in effect. Simple wrap style with 2 antique metallic pewter buttons. The sheer lame is like liquid platinum metal. Perfect accent piece to a black evening blazer or oversized sweater. 1980's UK, Size 8 Vintage, Waist 26", Hip 32", Length 40". Content 60% rayon, 30% poly, 10% metal.
