About the Item
This magnificent 1970s pin tucked cotton blouse and skirt set in deep crimson is from the most famous of the Mexican labels Tachi Castillo. The blouse has long sleeves with featuring ruffle trim on the cuffs, front opening and hem plus a large statement ruffle all the way around the neckline. It cinches in neatly at the waist with an attractive flare out over the hip and is secured at the front with concealed hook eye fastenings. The full ankle length matching skirt also has a ruffle hem with more infrequent pin tuck detail than the blouse and fastens with a zip at the side. Both pieces are in excellent condition and the colour is beautifully fresh and bright. Would best suit a US size 10, UK size 14.
