About the Item

This 3 piece ensemble designed by Margaretha Ley for Escada is the most beautifully made suit we have ever seen other than Couture suits from Paris. The fabric is an exclusive "new wool" that was made especially for Escada. It starts with the blazer. perfectly pieced stripes on the bias at the waist. ANd op top it off, hand stiched topstiched all over the jacket. Alone it's a work of art. But it gets better... a matching slim pinstripe pant and a slim pencil pinstripe skirt as well. (the blazer would also look amazing with modern dark denim trousers). The blazer, pant and skirt are expertly, perfectly made in Germany. today, it would cost many thousnds for this set. Maked made in Germany in size 34, it is a true to size US 4. Mesurements below are for blazer. Pant: 26"W x 38" Inseam. Skirt: 25"W x 22" length.
