About the Item

Circa 1960/1980 Japon Astonishing Dramatic japonese set in damask satin consisting of a short kimono and a sirwal from the second half of the 20th century. Clever silk damask representing stylized birds and flowers appearing earlier than the cut of the set. Top with Kimono cut adorbed with purple and white trimmings and wide kimono sleeves. Pants with wide sirwal cut closing on the side by two hooks. Lining of the set in purple silk taffeta. No label. Just a few light discoloration on the shoulders. Good condition of color and conservation. Dimensions: Equivalent French Size 40 Kimono : Height 97 cm Shoulders 42 cm Sleeve 103 cm Wingspan 187 cm Sirwal: Height 90 cm Height 79 cm
